Senior SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Support

• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

• Configure SAP modules according to business and statutory requirements.

• Provide L2/L3 application support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.

Business Process & Requirements

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, and solution design.

• Align SAP best practices with organizational processes.

Testing & Documentation

• Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

• Develop functional/technical documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.

• Support data migration, validation, and cut-over activities.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Work closely with business users, developers, and project managers.

• Provide user training and post-go-live support.

• Ensure deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core SAP Skills

• Hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules, such as:

  • SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)

  • SAP MM (Materials Management)

  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

  • SAP PP / QM

  • SAP ABAP (Technical Consultant)

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration points.

Technical & Tools (as applicable)

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.

• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and transport management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related discipline.

• SAP Certification in relevant module(s).

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects is a strong advantage.
