Position: SAP PS / EPPM Lead

Location: Onsite Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) / Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM) Lead to drive the design and implementation of project management functionalities within a large S/4HANA transformation program in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in S/4HANA PS/EPPM, strong leadership capability, and experience integrating with Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Functional Leadership

Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP PS and EPPM workstreams.

Conduct business workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.

Define and deliver solutions covering:

Project Definitions & WBS structures

Network activities & relationships

Resource planning & capacity planning

Cost planning, budgeting & forecasting

Progress tracking & project milestones

Settlement rules and periodic settlement

Timesheet management (CATS/Fiori)

Portfolio Management processes (if in scope)

Integration with MS Project / Primavera (optional)

Ensure alignment with project governance, project lifecycle, and S/4HANA best practices.

Configuration & Integration Responsibilities

Configure PS objects, planning profiles, budgeting, costing, confirmations, and settlements.

Integrate PS/EPPM with:

FI/CO (cost centers, internal orders, settlement)

MM/Procurement (project procurement, services, subcontracting)

PP/EAM (maintenance projects, capital projects)

SD (project billing, resource-related billing)

RE-FX (capital projects, lease-related projects)

Work together with technical teams for:

RICEFW development

Workflows & forms

Interface design (including CPI / BTP integrations)

Support PS/EPPM data migration (WBS, networks, budgets, commitments, costs).

Project Delivery

Prepare functional specs, configuration documents, training materials, and test scripts.

Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities.

Guide business stakeholders through project readiness and adoption.

Provide strong leadership across multiple business teams and ensure solution consistency.

Deliver post-go-live hypercare support and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

1015+ years of experience in SAP PS / EPPM.

Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA PS, including Universal Journal integration.

Proven experience as a solution lead in at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Deep understanding of project accounting, cost planning, capital projects, and investment management.

Strong integration knowledge across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM/EAM, and RE-FX.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to drive workshops independently and present to senior stakeholders.
