The Field Operations Analyst - APJ will support the APJ Field Operations Director with GEO and region priorities and initiatives. Engaging in cross-region activity, operational deliverables and business transformation.

What You'll Do at Pega:

. Execute day-to-day operational activity of Field Operations function. Includes supporting Pega's Client Growth Cadence, preparing analysis and presentations for QBRs.

. Support visiting global executives across the APJ region by coordinating with GTM teams on calendar alignment, meeting preparation, and briefing materials to maximize executive impact in the field.

. Prepare ad-hoc Sales Automation reports utilizing SAP HANA and PowerBi for analysis with APJ business partners and provide first-tier support, triage and training.

. Create and maintain Sales Org Structure for all APJ regions.

. Monitor Operator Hierarchy in SA and ensure it is set up correctly for all APJ regions. Report any misalignments to relevant departments.

. Providing support during key APJ cadence calls: Forecast, Pipeline, and QBRs.

. Maintain email distribution lists for APJ Sales team and Sales Management.

. Maintain APJ Field Operations team shared assets (SharePoint).

. Provide first-tier support, triage and training on Field Operations systems and tools.

. Liaise with multiple business units across Pega as requested by Field Operations.

. Engage in ad hoc projects as requested.
