Are you a sales professional with a passion for digital innovation, mobile-first solutions and building strategic client relationships across Southeast Asia We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive regional growth across Singapore and SEA. In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint by owning the full sales cycle, forging strong partnerships with agencies and premium brands while delivering high-impact campaign solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across key agency groups and brand advertisers.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner.
- Drive consultative sales - turning client challenges into tailored, performance-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Creative, Client Success, Ops, and Product to deliver exceptional campaign outcomes.
- Actively contribute to market development initiatives and thought leadership in digital and mobile advertising.
About you:
- At least 6-7 years of experience in digital media, adtech, or media agency sales.
- Strong network across agency holding groups (esp. Havas, IPG, Omnicom) and premium brand marketers.
- Proven success in closing complex deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of mobile, programmatic and emerging digital trends (e.g. cookieless, sustainability).
- Excellent communication, negotiation,= and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with a strategic mindset and high emotional intelligence.
- Role is based in Southeast Asia, with willingness to travel regionally.
