Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of the company's cross-border payment solutions, focusing on acquiring merchants expanding into South East Asia market
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans, proactively engaging target industry clients and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Leverage product strengths to effectively position solutions, influence client adoption, and accelerate the decision-making cycle
- Identify and capture acquiring opportunities among cross-border merchants and platform clients, address business pain points, and unlock new commercial use cases
- Continuously build industry expertise, maintain strong market awareness, and deliver insightful analysis of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Foster long-term strategic partnerships through a consultative, client-centric approach and continuous cross-industry learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry, with a proven track record, established client network, and successful deal closures
- Strong understanding of outbound merchant ecosystems in the regional market, with the ability to conduct business communication in English
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop innovative go-to-market and sales strategies within the cross-border payments space
- Highly motivated sales professional with a proactive mindset, strong innovation capability, and excellent ability to understand and address client needs.
