Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that not only aligns with the company's growth objectives but also anticipates market trends to ensure competitiveness
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales team across various business domains to maximise impact and drive team success
  • Conduct regular account reviews for existing clients while continuously identifying and pursuing new opportunities, particularly in untapped markets
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote mutual success and long-term cooperation
  • Thoroughly analyse and comprehend customer requirements, collaborating with the solutions team to devise tailored solutions that effectively leverage both in-house and off-the-shelf components
  • Employ data analytics and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to diligently track KPIs, assess pipeline health, and ensure the precision of prospect forecasts
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical and pricing proposals to clients, addressing both budget estimates and tenders effectively
  • Maintain current and actionable updates on the status of prospects and pipeline, ensuring a proactive approach to sales management
  • Exhibit leadership by guiding cross-functional bid teams, effectively managing responses to multiple concurrent tenders
  • Engage in various sales initiatives as instructed by the Head of Sales and the Management, adapting strategies to meet the changing landscape

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is essential, with a technical background being a significant advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within the technology sector
  • Prior experience engaging with clients in the Singapore Governmental sector is preferred and seen as advantageous
  • Expertise in Market Expansion and Go-To-Market strategies
  • A strong record of success in surpassing revenue targets and effectively scaling sales teams is paramount
  • Comprehensive understanding of the tech sales cycle, demonstrating a knack for concepts such as product-led growth and customer retention
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills that are capable of inspiring and motivating others
  • Strategic Sales Planning with the ability to identify effective paths forward
  • A self-starter who can work independently and excel under tight deadlines
  • Possess a data-driven mindset for informed decision-making
  • A customer-centric approach, always prioritising client needs
