Job Description

We are partnering with a fast‑growing co‑living and serviced residence platform in Singapore to hire a Senior Sales Manager to own portfolio‑wide commercial performance.

This is a senior, target‑driven role with a clear path into Head of Sales / Commercial Director as the portfolio scales.

Role snapshot:

You will lead occupancy, revenue and ADR across multiple assets, while building and managing a small commercial team spanning business development, reservations and revenue management. The ideal profile is a sales leader from co‑living, serviced residences or extended‑stay hotels who can bring an active book of corporate and long‑stay business and start producing from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver sales targets across occupancy for a multi‑property portfolio.
  • Personally close strategic accounts and carry an individual sales quota alongside team targets.
  • Leverage an existing network of corporate, relocation, embassy, MNC and long‑stay partners to drive base business.
  • Build, coach and performance‑manage a small team with clear KPIs and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Oversee pricing, channel mix and distribution strategy together with the Reservations & Revenue lead.
  • Input into pre‑opening and positioning for new properties from a commercial standpoint.
  • Lead integrated sales and marketing activity: digital campaigns, trade shows, FAM trips and partnership activations.
  • Report monthly on production, pipeline, forecast vs budget and ROI by channel to ownership/leadership.

Ideal background:

  • 6–8 years hospitality sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior / managerial role within co‑living, serviced residences or hotels.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets, with clear examples of key accounts and year‑on‑year growth.
  • Strong, transferable network across corporate, relocation, embassy, MICE and long‑stay segments in Singapore.
  • Experience leading a small commercial team, development and performance management.
  • Solid understanding of revenue management, channel economics and budgeting.

  • Hands‑on, willing to roll up sleeves in a lean, multi‑property environment.
  • Confident communicator and negotiator, able to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and key accounts.
