Designation: Senior Executive, Sales (Hydration)
Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding the company's market presence through strong business development, account management, and customer engagement strategies. This position requires a results-oriented and customer-centric professional who excels in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales growth in a fast-paced, health and wellness-driven environment.
You will independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating cross-functionally to design impactful sales campaigns and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within designated territories or market segments.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop tailored business proposals and presentations for individual and corporate clients to support partnership and sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand client needs, objectives, and business strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to craft compelling product proposals and marketing campaigns that drive market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and product teams to align customer campaigns, promotional strategies, and incentive programs.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to assess performance metrics, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to management to support planning and strategy.
- Represent the company professionally at events, trade shows, and client meetings, showcasing brand and product expertise.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports/Exercise Science, or equivalent field.
- 35 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the health & wellness, medical, or B2B corporate sectors.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing deals independently.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills comfortable conducting one-to-one and group sales pitches.
- Data-savvy with the ability to interpret metrics to drive sales decisions.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with strong business acumen.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Outdoor sales experience and willingness to engage customers face-to-face.
- Car ownership is a must.
