SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

We are searching for energetic and outgoing individuals who have a strong love for quality produce. As a Food Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling quality produce to restaurants, hotels, caterers, cafs, and other food service establishments. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, cafs, caterers, and other food service clients.

• Promote and sell company food products, ingredients, or beverage lines to food service accounts.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the food service industry.

• Conduct regular client visits to present products, take orders, and gather market feedback.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Provide product knowledge, menu suggestions, and promotional support to customers.

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in food service, FMCG, or food distribution.

• Strong knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).

• Valid driver's license may be required for client visits.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with chefs, restaurant owners, or procurement teams.

• Knowledge of food ingredients, menu trends, or kitchen operations.

• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
