Civil Engineering/Architecture
Our client, a leading and well-established design company in Japan, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Office & Retail Projects) to manage the end-to-end sales process from client acquisition to project completion, focusing on office and retail design projects. This role reports to the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing office and retail projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client site visits.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and close sales agreements.
- Liaise with creative teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior design, construction, general contracting, or facilities industry
- Proficient in English for effective communication with counterparts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in in-store interiors
- Experience in operations for exhibitions
Able to join within short notice
(Advantageous)
- Ability to read floor plans and detailed furniture drawings
- Sales experience in a small company environment, including preparing quotations, negotiating with suppliers, closing deals, managing client relationships, and participating in creative meetings
