$4,000 - 4,500 (Base & negotiable) + transport + mobile allowances

Subject to AWS + VB, depending on company's performance

5 DAYS (Mon- Fri, 9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

. Acquire new clients from local and overseas to meet sales targets through multiple channels such as cold calling, email, etc

. Ability to market & promote the company's service

. Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a win-win situation

. Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts

. Maintain good business relationships with new & existing clients

. Resolve clients issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers

. Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners

. Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients

. Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes

. Sets examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits

. Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

. Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary

Job Requirements:

. Min. 3-5 year of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and e-commerce is an added advantage

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

. Excellent knowledge of logistics and/or delivery parcels will be highly advantageous

. A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients

. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills

. Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups

. Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
