Job Description

A global provider of entrance automation solutions, focused on innovation and reliability, is seeking a Service Sales Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead service operations and drive sales growth.

  • Motivate and mentor your team to achieve outstanding results, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our service customer base and increase revenue, while ensuring profitability.
  • Actively sell service contracts to new and existing customers. Drive upselling and cross-selling of service solutions post-contract.
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, from scheduling and dispatching technicians to ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
  • Implement processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness within the Service Department.
  • Ensure all service work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to best practices and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges, implementing creative solutions to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service-related roles, with strong knowledge of service, Sales and maintenance operations.
  • Experience dealing with government sectors and commercial (B2B)
  • Track record of successfully leading and managing a service team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Familiarity with entrance automation or M&E systems is a strong advantage.
  • A solid understanding of business principles, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
