Senior Sales Director Singapore (Enterprise Banking Solutions)

We're hiring on behalf of a global software company that provides mission-critical solutions to leading banks and financial institutions. The role focuses on selling complex enterprise platforms into Tier-1 banks across Asia.

Role

You will own regional new business. You'll engage senior stakeholders in transactional banking and drive full-cycle enterprise sales from origination to close.

You bring

  • Experience selling enterprise software to Tier-1 banks
  • Strong understanding of transaction banking or related domains especially in Japan
  • Proven experience with Tier 1 Japanese Banks
  • Proven record of winning large, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and senior committees

What you'll do

  • Target and engage strategic banking accounts in Japan, Singapore and wider APAC
  • Lead the full sales process: outreach, pitch, negotiation, close
  • Build relationships with senior executives and commercial teams
  • Work with internal specialists to support onboarding and delivery
  • Share client insights to shape go-to-market and product direction
