About the Role
We are seeking a Senior / Sales Manager / Assistant Director of Sales who will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and position Mama Shelter Singapore as a must-visit destination for travelers and locals alike.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute sales strategies across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Build strong partnerships with key accounts, agencies, and local businesses.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Arrange showroom visits and presentations for target clients.
- Promote seasonal and critical revenue opportunities to drive business growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality sales (minimum 5 years, preferably in lifestyle hotels).
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and people.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Software knowledge of Opera, Knowcross, Key Management System, familiar with online travel extranet.
