About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Sales Consultantwith a deep network across Singapore and global markets. This is apart-time, commission-only consulting partnershiprole, offering maximum flexibility with no daily office presence required. You will leverage your extensive high-level contacts and industry influence to introduce high-value enterprise clients to our digital transformation and software outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management:Identify and connect with key decision-makers at target clients, building trust and driving the sales process to successful completion
- Business Development & Strategy:Actively generate new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and provide strategic insights on future market expansion areas for the company
- Solution Collaboration:Work closely with internal technical experts and delivery teams to scope solutions and address pain points throughout the sales cycle
- Industry Presence:Represent the company in key IT industry events and forums to enhance market visibility and generate leads
Target Clients- Profile:Primarily large, reputable enterprises and Global 500/MNC corporations
- Scale:Clients with annual revenues exceeding hundreds of millions
- Industry:Industry agnostic, focusing on organizations with urgent digital transformation needs
Core Business- Enterprise Digitalization & Modernization:Focusing on legacy system and application modernization
- AI & Data Analytics:Providing data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Big Data solutions (Data Hub)
- Cloud Services & Platform Implementation:Covering comprehensive cloud services, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Product & E-Commerce:Specializing in digital product design & development, E-Commerce, and content management systems (AEM, Pimcore)
Qualifications- Experience:5-8 years of experience in IT services, software solutions, or IT outsourcing sales and client management
- Background:Prior experience working within large, global organizations is highly preferred
- Network:Possesses an established,accessible network of decision-makersand a proven track record of converting relationships into high-value contracts
- Core Competencies:Exceptional negotiation skills, deep understanding of digital transformation trends, and the ability to independently manage a full sales cycle
