Senior Risk Manager

The Senior Risk Manager will lead the global risk management function for an integrated agricommodities unit. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive risk management across market, credit, counterparty, operational, and sanction compliance risks, leveraging digital solutions to enhance risk visibility and decision-making. The incumbent will partner with all key stakeholders to ensure sustainable business growth, regulatory compliance, and resilience in volatile global markets.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the company's overall risk management strategy in alignment with business objectives,establishing and maintaining an integrated, proactive approach to risk management across the organization.

. Oversee market, credit, counterparty, operational, sanction compliance risk portfolios and responsibilities for the division.

. Evaluate global commodity markets, external credit conditions, macro trends, and sectoral developments to anticipate emerging risks and provide strategic advice on risk exposures, emerging risks, and mitigation plans.

. Act as a key business partner to all relevant stakeholders to support business growth with appropriate oversight and mitigation strategies, while fostering a strong risk culture across the organization.

. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to risk management.

. Drive digitalization, system implementation, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and strengthen risk management capabilities.

. Lead and develop a high-performing team, instilling ownership, commercial acumen, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

. Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management within agricultural commodities business.

. Proven track record in leading risk management functions and influencing executive stakeholders.

. Expertise in market, credit, counterparty, sanction and operational risk management in the supply chains.

. Strong experience in digital transformation, implementation, and data-driven decisionmaking.
