Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, stock levels, product displays, and merchandising in accordance with brand standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs including sales targets, shrinkage, and staff productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Schedule staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for development.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and manage customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Oversee stock control, replenishment, and stocktake activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for smooth product flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the FMCG or retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Operationally sound, with good knowledge of retail processes, merchandising, and inventory control.
