Duties and Responsibilities
. Identifying and acquiring new sales across the Asia Region
. Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
. Working to achieve sales targets and KPI's
. Working with Sales Managers in other countries for regional and global bids
. Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
. Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
. Conducting market research and competitor analysis in the region
. Representing ATPI at regional events and trade shows
. Analyzing market trends and competitors activities in the region
. Ad-hoc projects as assigned
. The Company may from time to time assign projects which may not be directly linked to Sales but which will contribute to the overall enhancement of your career development
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration / or related field
. Minimum 8-years-experience in a Sales position
. Fluent in English - spoken & written
. Travel Management Company (TMC) Sales experience preferred
. Must have commercial focus and an ability to translate numbers into commercial practicality
. Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
. Possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
. Proficient in MS Office with good Excel knowledge
. Understanding of CRM systems is an advantage
