They are looking for an experienced Senior Regional Commercial Manager to help expand their Consumer Health Business Unit. You would be instrumental in creating and carrying out commercial strategies for the Consumer Health portfolio, with a focus on new product innovation in the Respiratory and Lifestyle categories across Asia-Pacific. The role involves shaping the future of the company&aposs brands and leading new product innovation initiatives from beginning to end.

The company has a diverse portfolio of brands in various therapeutic fields, including Consumer Health, Dermatology, Primary Care, and more. What you&aposll do

New Product Innovation & Commercialization

  • Spearhead the New Product Innovation strategy, identifying opportunities for line extensions and new product development within the Respiratory and Lifestyle categories.
  • Act as a project leader, working closely with technical teams and developers to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to a successful commercial launch.
  • Direct product development from conception to commercialization, including products that range from over-the-counter (OTC) to cosmetic classifications, ensuring all regulatory and market requirements are met.
  • Translate technical and scientific information into compelling, commercially viable brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and licensing agreements.

Strategy & Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and implement a regional portfolio and branding strategy for the Respiratory and Lifestyle categories.
  • Drive the commercialization of the Respiratory franchise, expanding its footprint and securing significant business growth.
  • Take full P&L ownership, setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure brand performance and a healthy competitive market outlook.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Lead multi-channel and multi-country marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital and direct-to-consumer strategies.
  • Work closely with local marketing teams to ensure regional strategies are executed effectively and support their market-specific needs.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing toolkits and assets, both traditional and digital.
  • Provide strategic guidance on effective e-commerce, digital marketing, and influencer management initiatives.

People Leadership

  • Mentor and manage a direct report (Commercial Executive), fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and team success.

What an ideal profile will look like:

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.

They should have:

  • More than 10 years of experience in consumer and digital marketing, with at least 4 years at a Senior Product Management level or higher, preferably in the Pharma or FMCG industry.
  • A proven track record in New Product Innovation (NPI), leading the development and commercialization of new portfolios and line extensions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing products with different regulatory classifications, from OTC to cosmetics.
  • Significant experience with omni-channel marketing, including e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Prior experience working across diverse countries and cultures in the Asia-Pacific region, especially in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
  • Strong people management skills, with a history of coaching and mentoring marketing professionals.
  • A willingness to travel approximately 20%-30% of the time.
