Tardis Group is a Global Executive Search company with head office located in Sydney, Barangaroo. We are currently looking to hire two Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our Singapore office. We are a business that is driving significant growth, and looking to bring in the right talent that will want to be a part of our success over the coming years.

In order to be successful, you will require:

• 2+ years 360 recruitment experience in a search firm.
• A strong understanding of the relevant industry that you would like to focus on.
• An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
• Ambition, a sense of self-pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities.
• Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success.

Job Details:

• Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction and sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
• Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
• Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including: talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
