Role Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a pivotal role focused on accelerating Persevio&aposs growth by expanding our client base for Viona and delivering successful candidate placements. You will play a crucial part in both business development and full-cycle recruitment, directly contributing to our revenue generation and shaping the future of AI-driven talent acquisition.

Job Scope / What You&aposll Do:

Drive New Client Acquisition & Secure Job Mandates:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, through targeted market research, personalized outbound outreach.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations of Viona&aposs capabilities to showcase our value proposition.
  • Negotiate and finalize service agreements, fostering new client partnerships.

Lead Full-Cycle Candidate Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening and preliminary interviews.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients, providing insightful evaluations.
  • Manage the entire interview process, from scheduling to feedback collection.
  • Advise both clients and candidates through offer negotiations to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with placed candidates and client hiring managers post-placement.

Contribute to Product & Process Enhancement:

  • Provide valuable feedback and insights based on real-world client and candidate interactions, helping to shape ongoing development and feature enhancements.

Requirements / Who You Are:

Minimum/Core Requirements:

  • 3+ years of extensive experience in a 360-degree recruitment agency role, with a proven track record in both client acquisition and successful candidate placement.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, consistently acquiring new clients and securing job mandates.
  • Quantifiable history of achieving and exceeding individual revenue or placement targets.
  • Exceptional outbound sales and business development skills, including cold calling, personalized outreach, product demonstration, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of articulating value and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Highly results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Resilient and persistent, especially when navigating new business development and potential client skepticism.
  • Comprehensive full-cycle recruitment expertise, from advanced sourcing strategies to offer management and post-placement follow-up.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment market in Singapore, particularly within the tech sector.
  • Possess a 'get-your-hands-dirty' attitude, ready to execute all aspects of the role without extensive administrative support.
  • Currently based in Singapore.

Preferred/Bonus Requirements:

  • Prior experience thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with limited existing structure.
  • Strategic thinker who can contribute proactively to overall business development and product feedback.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese to engage effectively with a diverse client base in Singapore.
