What We are Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a 360 recruitment role
A proven track record of winning and retaining clients
Strong end-to-end candidate management skills, with a consultative rather than transactional approach.
Self-motivated and commercially driven
Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment where you help shape the way things are done.
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills across both client and candidate conversations.
