Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments while acting as a trusted talent advisor to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments
  • Partner clients to understand business needs and hiring priorities
  • Source, assess, and interview mid-to-senior level professionals
  • Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients
  • Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
  • Coordinate interview processes and support offer discussions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a client-facing advisory role
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
  • Consultative and commercially aware mindset
