Job Description
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments while acting as a trusted talent advisor to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments
- Partner clients to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Source, assess, and interview mid-to-senior level professionals
- Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
- Coordinate interview processes and support offer discussions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a client-facing advisory role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
- Consultative and commercially aware mindset
