As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment assignments while partnering clients and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments
- Engage clients to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Source, assess, and interview candidates for assigned roles
- Present candidate profiles and recruitment insights to clients
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or a client-facing role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
- Consultative and commercially aware mindset
