Job Summary
We are looking for an Senior Recruitment Consultant to join CREW, specialising in high-volume staffing and project delivery. You will manage client accounts, lead recruitment campaigns, and deliver large-scale hiring outcomes. This role is suited for consultants with prior recruitment or sales experience who are accountable, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume staffing projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Source, screen, and place candidates across multiple roles and industries
- Lead and support mass recruitment drives and hiring events
- Mentor junior consultants and interns in sourcing and project delivery
- Deliver consistently against KPIs and client expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or client-facing sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in placements or business development
- Accountable, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
