Job descirption:
- Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment process
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement
- Provide good customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Possess CEI Certifcation
- 1-2 years of reevant experience will be an added advantage
- Strong passion in doing recruitment and sales
- Self-driven and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly initiative and motivated individual.
