Wilson is partnering with a global technology company to identify a stellar Senior Recruiter to join their team in Singapore, in this newly created position. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in providing end to end talent acquisition support for their growing commercial teams across Singapore and other regions as well.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the end-to-end direct sourcing and recruitment lifecycle for all positions, from sourcing to interviewing along with salary benchmarking and offer management
- Handle volume hiring up to 30 requisitions, ensuring timely closures and quality delivery.
- Partner with various internal stakeholders on hiring related matters such as contract management, terms of employment, compensation package approvals, and onboarding status.
- Understand the business needs and build a relevant strategy and a healthy pipeline of relevant talent.
- Provide cost effective and solution-based approach in sourcing strategies, gather market intelligence and keep abreast of external market trends
- Ensure recruitment practices, processes and governance are in compliant to the organization's regulations and standards
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience as an in-house talent acquisition specialist or a combination of agency and in-house recruitment
- Must have experience handling volume hiring of at least 20 to 30 requisitions, ideally from fintech or payments companies, however open to other industry background as well
- Good business acumen and a strategic mindset with solid track record in end-to-end direct recruitment efforts, along with the ability to partner with key stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in local legislations, compensation and basic financials in order to achieve an effective offer presentation and negotiation
- Highly driven, energetic, resilient and open minded professional who can work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and with the ability to build good rapport with candidates and stakeholders of all levels
