About the Role

The Senior Recruiter will be a key player in our talent acquisition process in SEA market, particularly in Singapore local market, leveraging a deep understanding of the market and a proactive mindset to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of critical roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their business needs and translating them into targeted, data-driven recruitment plans.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive, proactive talent pipeline for roles that may not be actively advertised, including passive and hidden candidates.

Advanced Sourcing & Cold Calling

  • Master the art of cold calling and outbound prospecting to engage with potential candidates who are not actively searching for a job but possess the required skills and experience.
  • Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels, including professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), niche job boards, industry forums, and direct outreach to industry insiders.
  • Proactively research and identify new sourcing opportunities, continuously expanding the talent pool for both current and future needs.

Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping

  • Actively map the market to understand the competitive landscape, identify key talent hotspots, and gauge market trends for specific roles and industries.
  • For unfamiliar or complex technical roles, demonstrate the ability to conduct rapid and effective research to understand the job function, required skills, and market compensation benchmarks.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for hiring managers, helping them make informed decisions about talent acquisition strategy and compensation.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse network of passive candidates, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Conduct thorough, empathetic interviews to assess not only technical competence but also cultural fit and career aspirations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  1. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing technical and business leadership roles.
  2. Language: Proficient in English, fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  3. Education: Bachelor or above degree
  4. Skills: Proven expertise in cold calling, direct sourcing, and building and managing passive talent pipelines.
  5. Technical Acumen: The ability to quickly understand complex technical roles and assess candidate qualifications, requiring a strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
  6. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions about talent acquisition strategy.
  7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organization.
  8. Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding hiring targets, with a focus on quality of hire.
  9. Professionalism: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
