Responsible for recruitment activities for stakeholders in SEA.
Build and maintain good relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all including candidates, hiring managers and business partners that based in SEA.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with staffing community and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
Excellent understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour based interviewing and closing.
Initiate and maintain excellent working relations as one Team.
Effective communication approaches that include: proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Proven track record in building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain flexibility and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced business environment.
