Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS (M&E or Archi)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates, cost plans, and budgets for projects.
• Manage full QS cycle: from tendering and contract administration to final account submission.
• Review and analyze subcontractor quotations and variation orders.
• Provide timely cost reports and advice to project teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore, preferably in Architecture or M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, tendering processes, and contract administration.
• Experience in full-cycle QS work: estimation, measurement, valuation, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant QS software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
