Job Description

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Provide cost advice during design and planning stages.
  • Evaluate and update project cost plans.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Monitor variations and issue instructions on contract changes.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contractual matters.
  • Prepare interim valuations for progress payments.
  • Assess variation orders, extension of time claims, and final accounts.
  • Handle claims, disputes, and settlement negotiations.
