Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm | Sat 8:00am-12:00pm

Salary: Up to $7,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are a well-established construction company seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyorto support our ongoing government projects. The ideal candidate will manage both pre- and post-contract cost control and ensure all commercial aspects of the project are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

. Prepare and manage cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).

. Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

. Administer subcontractor procurement and contract documentation.

. Conduct cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.

. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams on contractual matters.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

. 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably on public sector/government projects.

. Familiar with PSSCOC and contract administration.

. Strong analytical and communication skills.
