Able to handle full range of quantity surveying work including measurement, estimating & tendering, procurement and contract/sub-contracts administration cost & budget control.
Subcon payment, progress claim, cost control and etc.
Performed quantity take-off, progress claims, variation orders and preparation of letter of award.
Any other job related adhoc duties as assigned by HOD.
