Contracts & Cost Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $6500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Oversee all cost management activities for construction projects, from initial budgeting through to final account settlement.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims to ensure fair and accurate outcomes.
- Implement cost control measures and provide financial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Building/Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in main contractor project
- Prior experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documentation is required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
