Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor's claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
