M&E Engineer / Lead (Projects) – ACMV Focus

Job Description
Join a fast-growing team delivering interior fit-out projects. Lead the ACMV scope end-to-end, from design coordination to commissioning, while supporting overall M&E delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ACMV design coordination (HVAC, ventilation, ducting, VRV/VRF, chilled water)
• Ensure compliance with BCA codes and Green Mark requirements
• Drive value engineering for cost, performance, and sustainability
• Manage site execution, quality, safety, and timelines
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
• Support tendering, costing, Variation Orders, and claims
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in ACMV delivery for fit-out or building projects
• Experience in tendering, costing, and project delivery lifecycle
• Independent, proactive, and strong stakeholder Communicator
