Job Summary

Report directly to the Project Manager to manage ACMV works, ensuring alignment with engineering and contractual requirements while overseeing project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV works within the built environment, reporting progress and issues directly to the Project Manager
• Ensure project management activities comply with engineering specifications and contractual obligations to meet quality and timeline goals
• Collaborate with subcontractors to enforce adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations throughout project execution
• Oversee contract administration, monitor project costs, manage schedules, coordinate resources, and drive overall project completion to successful delivery
