Senior Quantity Surveyor – Procurement, Contract

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare tender submission handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of account
2. To review and identity discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries for clarification
3. Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
4. Prepare and analyze cost comparison
5. Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
6. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
7. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
8. Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
9. To negotiate on pricing
10. To handle any adhoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Construction Management or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction field, specifically in a main contractor preferred
