Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (ID69251)
Location: Pioneer
Working Hour:Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: $4000 - $5000

Job Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage the QS and Purchasing Departments, overseeing tendering, procurement, contract administration, cost control, and project commercial activities from tender stage to project completion.
. Manage project budgets, contracts and subcontracts, procurement schedules, claims, variation orders, final accounts, invoices, and project close-out documentation.
. Oversee tender and procurement activities, including quantity take-offs, pricing, tender submissions, contract awards, and preparation of contract documentation.
. Ensure materials and subcontractors are secured on time to meet project deadlines.
. Supervise and develop the QS and Purchasing teams, and coordinate closely with project stakeholders.
. Monitor payment collections and provide regular reports on project budgets, claims, and commercial status.
. Attend management meetings and handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
