In charge of cost and contract administration with main-contractors, including progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and final account settlement.
Prepare and follow up on progress claims, VO submissions, and cost documentation with main-contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain proper records and tracking of all variation orders and contractual matters.
Carry out monthly valuation of work done, cost control, and forecasting of final project costs.
Attend project and site meetings and work closely with site teams.
Assist in tender preparation and submission, ensuring completeness and compliance with requirements.
Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, including price comparison.
Prepare Work Orders / Letters of Award.
Assist in site materials ordering and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Building.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Able to work independently, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
