Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage cost-related matters for construction projects, from initial cost estimates to final settlement of accounts.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, cost variations, and related claims.
Provide ongoing cost control support and financial advice throughout all stages of the project.
Coordinate and communicate with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure work complies with contract terms, company procedures, and relevant industry standards.
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects, preferably dealing with LTA projects.
Good understanding of construction contracts, including measurement and valuation.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant quantity surveying software.
Proficient in AutoCAD software for basic drafting and design-related tasks.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
