Training & Professional Development SPARK 2.0 Framework: Lead the development of training materials and conduct sessions to deepen the understanding and application of SPARK 2.0 across the organisation. Capacity Building: Provide professional development and guidance to various stakeholders, which can include Centre Leaders, Educators, and Validators - e.g. Cluster Quality Managers (CQMs). Induction & Onboarding: Support the induction of new Validators and Centre Leaders, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organisation's quality standards and expectations. Resource Creation: Develop training resources and tools—which can include asynchronous learning materials and digital toolkits—to support the consistent implementation of quality standards.
Quality Centre Checklist Revised (QCCR) Quality Leadership: Serve as a Validator for QCCR (Quality Centre Checklist Revised). Review: Review both QCCR and SMR reports for accuracy and compliance. Calibration/Moderation Leadership: Lead the calibration/moderation of QCCR reports with validators to ensure a standardized, fair, and consistent approach to quality grading. Validator Training: Equip validators to ensure a high level of competency and consistency in quality processes.
Report Analysis & Coaching Comprehensive Data Analysis: Analyse various quality reports, such as SPARK validation results and QCCR data, to identify trends and systemic areas for improvement. Data-Driven Coaching: utilise report findings to provide targeted coaching to centre teams, enabling them to bridge gaps and elevate performance. SPARK 2.0 Application: Coach Centre Leaders and Validators on the practical application of the SPARK 2.0 framework at the centre level to drive continuous improvement
SPARK Achievement & Business Unit Support Regulatory KPI Support: Support preschools in meeting and exceeding required regulatory KPIs for AOP and POP. Centres Engagement: Support Validators (including CQMs) through active engagement at various platforms, providing strategic guidance to bridge policy and center-level execution. Self-Appraisal Support: Provide on-the-ground guidance and resource support for centres in the preparation of Self-Appraisal (SA) Reports
Strategic & Operational Support Lead QS Partnership: Support the Lead Quality Specialist in the planning and implementation of SPARK initiatives at NFC centres. Quality Initiatives: Assist in the rollout and monitoring of specific quality initiatives that support the organisation's overarching quality journey. Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to current quality systems and processes based on feedback and observational data

Requirements
Education
Minimally a Bachelor degree in early childhood or related discipline
Experience
At least 5 years experience as a centre leader
Led centre or network of centres through a quality framework e.g. SPARK or equivalent
Skills and Attributes
Clear understanding of SPARK 2.0 tool
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to develop and conduct training; and on-site coaching
Able to perform data analysis to draw follow-up action plan
