Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide appropriate HR solutions
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary administration
- Handle work pass applications and related documentation for foreign employees
- Provide guidance on employment regulations and support compliance with applicable labour laws and guidelines
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programmes
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role
- Good understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders across different levels
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. QuickHR or similar platforms) and basic data analysis
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
