HR Specialist (Recruitment/ Work pass/ Payroll/ Manufacturing/ West)

Job Description

• Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Handle employee payrolls.

• Foreign employee work pass application.

• Providing guidance on employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs

• Driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives

• Maintaining accurate HR records and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Specialist or Generalist role

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

• Proficient in QuickHR systems and data analysis
