GUIDANCE COUNSELOR

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

. Bachelor's Degree: In Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.

. Experience in counseling, education, or a related field, often with a focus on working with children or adolescents.

. Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.

JOB DETAILS:

. Develop the school's guidance and counselling program.

. Design and implement counselling strategies and interventions to address the diverse academic, social, emotional, and career needs of students.

. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement and ensure the effective delivery of counselling services.

. Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to improve program outcomes.
