We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and lead the execution (construction and development) of our real estate and investment-related development projects. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams and external consultants, monitor project milestones, and ensure all works are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Experience in mixed-use, residential, or industrial is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle of assigned property development or enhancement projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, work schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead feasibility studies, design development, authority submissions, and construction coordination.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors to drive project milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate regular meetings, provide progress reports, and highlight key risks or delays.
- Liaise with government authorities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies for approvals and compliance matters.
- Work closely with internal teams (investment, leasing, marketing) to ensure alignment of deliverables and timelines.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress, issue tracking, variation orders, and final completion reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks with consultants and contractors.
Other Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on project branding, sales gallery setup, and launch readiness.
- Provide input on space optimization, value engineering, and sustainability measures.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Real Estate, Project Management, or related field.
- Min. 7 years of relevant experience in property development, construction, or project consultancy.
- Familiar with Singapore development process and regulatory landscape.
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and basic CAD/technical drawings.
- Strong project coordination, multitasking, and people management skills
