We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a client, for a leading ICT services and systems integration firm, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex, multi-technology projects spanning infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise applications. You will lead project teams through the full project lifecycle, enforce governance and best practices, and serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and vendors. This role also involves active participation in pre-sales, tender response, and solution planning. The ideal candidate holds PMP certification and has strong experience in both infrastructure and applications delivery within systems integrator, consultancy, or vendor environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Lead and drive multiple concurrent systems integration projects across various industries.
- Work with technical teams, engineers, and external partners to execute project deliverables effectively.
- Apply project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM, ensuring consistent adherence to PMO standards.
- Execute strong project governance, including managing timelines, scope, cost, risks, change control, issues, and quality.
- Develop detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and risk logs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on proposals, SOWs, resource estimation, project planning, and tender responses.
- Engage stakeholders across business, technical, and executive levels to ensure alignment and expectations are met.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and tracking for all assigned projects.
- Continuously improve project delivery processes and team performance under pressure.
What I Am Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP certification is mandatory; additional Agile (CSM/PMI-ACP) and ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, primarily in infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale projects in SI/consultancy/product vendor environments.
- Secondary experience in managing application-related projects such as SaaS, analytics, ETL, or custom development.
- Technical familiarity with platforms and tools including AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, Nutanix, Checkpoint, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills, including experience working with C-level executives.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead under tight timelines, resource constraints, and changing priorities.
- Experience in preparing SOWs, project roadmaps, estimations, and participating in tenders or RFPs.
