Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Director, the Senior Project Manager leads operationalsupport, quality and safety oversight, business development with overseascustomers, and resolution of operational, quality and safety issues to ensuresuccessful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in managing company operations to ensure smooth workflow and goal achievement
• Review and update Quality, Safety and Health Policies and Objectives to maintain compliance and continuous improvement
• Develop and expand business relationships with overseas customers to drive company growth
• Deliver effective presentations to customers to communicate project status and company capabilities
• Identify, act upon, and prevent quality and safety issues to uphold product and service standards
• Resolve operational issues with contractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality
• Verify implementation of corrective solutions and control further processing or installation of non-conforming products until issues are resolved
• Inspect, report on, and plan descaling and painting work to ensure maintenance standards are met
• Liaise with customers quality assurance representatives to promptly resolve actual or potential quality problems
• Promote business, negotiate terms, and raise invoices to clients to support revenue generation
