Job Description

Mission of the Role

As part of HPS solution integration projects, the PMO contributes to the planning and monitoring of resource allocation schedules and ensures the follow-up of project execution and budget management for a project portfolio, in coordination with operational Project Managers.

The role aims to support efficient project governance, ensure compliance with client commitments, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Organization & Governance

  • Contribute to project organization to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare project planning and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) together with the Project Manager during the pre-study phase.
  • Participate in the implementation of project governance processes and project management methodologies.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks related to the project portfolio.

2. Project Portfolio Monitoring

  • Support the management and coordination of activities across assigned projects.
  • Ensure alignment and mobilization of stakeholders around project objectives.
  • Monitor project activities and ensure coordination between involved teams.
  • Participate in the control of resource utilization and project risk evolution.

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Manage internal and external project interfaces and communications.
  • Organize project follow-up meetings, steering committees, and validation sessions.
  • Track action plans resulting from governance committees.
  • Prepare periodic reporting and end-of-project reports.

4. Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor and update project budgets.
  • Follow up on workload plans and resource allocation versus forecasts (actuals, consumed effort, remaining effort, planning).
  • Produce reporting required for Delivery Management dashboards and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor timesheet submissions for internal and external resources and ensure consistency between consumed effort and invoicing.
  • Provide project progress reporting to the Finance Department.

5. Quality & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure compliance with project quality plans and applicable standards.
  • Monitor project performance in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical &Functional Skills

  • Project Management methodologies and techniques.
  • PMP standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of electronic payment industry (Monetics/Payments).
  • MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reporting and professional writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PowerCARD modules is a plus.

Profile Requirements

Education

  • Master's degree in engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles.

  • Client satisfaction rate.
  • Budget consumption monitoring.
  • Timesheet management accuracy.
  • Project schedule variance monitoring.
